Continue sending beyond your quota. Rasket charges your tier's overage rate for each additional bucket of 1,000 emails: $0.60 on Pro, and on Scale a rate that steps down from $0.60 to $0.20 as your volume grows. Off by default, and available to paid subscriptions.

Add-ons

Domains - $20 / mo

Your plan already comes with domains, but if you send from a separate one for each customer or brand, that number runs out quickly. This adds 100 more on top of it. Available on Pro and Scale, and you can add or remove it yourself whenever you need to. On Enterprise, your domain limit is set in your contract.

Dedicated IPs - $30 / mo

Available to customers sending more than 3,000 emails a day on the Scale plan. Shared pools are kept in good standing, but a high-volume sender's reputation should be its own. We warm the address up, watch it, and scale it with your volume, so the only thing left to think about is sending.

Do you offer any discounts for annual subscriptions?

No, we only provide monthly plans. You can change or cancel your plan at any time.

Do you offer non-profit or education pricing?

No, all plans are currently priced the same for every customer.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Enterprise plans are invoiced.

Is there a free trial available?

No, but we provide a free-forever plan: 3,000 emails a month, up to 100 a day, with no card required.

Who can I contact about a custom plan?

Email sales@rasket.com with your expected volume and we will put a plan together.

What happens if I send more emails than my plan allows?

With pay-as-you-go enabled, you can continue sending beyond your monthly quota and only pay for what you use. Overages are billed in buckets of 1,000 emails at your tier's overage rate: $0.60 on Pro, and on Scale a rate that steps down from $0.60 to $0.20 as your volume grows. You switch it on in your team settings. If you do not enable pay-as-you-go and reach your quota, the API answers with a clear quota error until the period resets or you upgrade.

What counts as an email?

Each recipient of an accepted send counts as one email, whether it was sent through the API, a batch or the dashboard. Recipients on your suppression list are not counted, and canceling a scheduled email before it is sent gives the count back.

Does the daily limit apply to paid plans?

No. Only the Free plan has a daily limit of 100 emails. Pro, Scale and Enterprise are limited by their monthly quota alone, and by pay-as-you-go beyond it.
